  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped

2. Shipping Destinations

VÉRONI ships domestically and internationally. Available destinations and shipping methods are displayed at checkout.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Delivery times vary based on location and selected shipping method:

  • Standard Shipping: estimated 7–15 business days

  • Express Shipping: estimated 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and shipping method

  • Any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer

5. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be sent via email. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to become available.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections and additional fees. VÉRONI is not responsible for delays or charges imposed by customs authorities.

7. Delivery Issues

  • VÉRONI is not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect address information

  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in additional shipping fees

  • If a package is marked as delivered but not received, customers must contact the carrier directly

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date) with photos and order details so we can assist you.

9. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error are not eligible for free reshipment or refund.
